I’m Luke Briggs, and I’m the founder of Luke Briggs Fitness, LLC.
So who am I, and why should you listen to me?

Personally, I’ve trained for competitions in both bodybuilding and powerlifting.
But I haven’t always been like this. Growing up, I was skinny, weak and unconfident.
I began lifting weights a little more seriously when I got to college. I made some decent gains, but I still couldn’t figure out how so many others made WAY better gains than I did while I plateaued. After all, I never missed a workout. I was working just as hard as everyone else, but I remained basically the same.
But when I discovered what REALLY MATTERS for building a lean, strong and muscular physique, my life changed forever!
